Candidates for Natural Breast Augmentation
Natural breast augmentation with breast injections isn't for everyone; women who are seeking to significantly reshape or increase the size of their breasts would be better served by traditional breast augmentation using breast implants. However, breast injections can be beneficial for a variety of women, including:

Procedure for Breast Injections
The procedure for natural breast augmentation involves harvesting unwanted excess fat through a liposuction technique (such as Custom Acoustic Liposuction), and then utilizing the fat deposits for breast injections. The fat is prepared for the injections by being placed in a centrifuge, where it is refined and rid of any impurities to help ensure that it will be accepted into the deposit location. The benefit of fat transfer over the use of artificial fillers or implants is that the tissue is being reused, and thus not likely to be rejected by the body as foreign material. Fat also stays in the body for a much longer period of time before being absorbed and so fat transfers are more permanent.
To place the breast injections, Dr. Barone will make six to eight small incisions (roughly two-millimeters in size) on the side of each breast, at which point she will inject the fat deposits in layers from the pectoralis major muscle upwards towards the top of the breast (the injections are placed with blunt-tipped syringes or cannulas to reduce the risk of damage to blood vessels and never endings). Layering the fat injections from the base of the breast to the peak allows Dr. Barone to provide the patient with natural-looking and aesthetically pleasing results. Slight scarring is likely, but Dr. Barone is well versed in both hiding and minimizing scarring so that it is as inconspicuous as possible.
