Dr Barone: Well this is truly a state of the art brand new facility, one stop center. AAA certified with a medical esthetician. So in other words the patients able to have their surgery here. But they're also able to have all their post-op treatments such as injectable, micro-penning to the face, a radiofrequency. All these new technologies that are minimally invasive. That are not only done by myself but are done by esthetician. Different injectable should be used on different parts of the face. In order to get a true ablation in some patients who've already developed anti-bodies to Botox. We have available ThermiRase; which is an ablation to the forehead, the frown lines and everything which is lasting over two years. So these are technologies, all new results that are on the horizon. The outpatient surgery center makes it very easy for the patients to have everything done here. Along with their post-op and pre-op visits all included in their package when there quote for surgery. I'm one of the only providers for a Trans-umbilical breast augmentation (or TUBA). I have one of the largest series; I've done over a thousand. I've been doing it for over seven year. People do come from everywhere, the Valley, Corpus Christi, everywhere in Texas to have this procedure done. The second procedure I'm also known for is the quick lift. I'm one of the only providers through the quick lift in San Antonio, Corpus and in Austin area. This is a mini facelift done under local, which also includes muscle tightening and liposuction. My operating room personnel is superb. And the anesthesiologist that I work with is an M.D. He is excellent. He does all the cardiac ablations in San Antonio. Does the hearts in New Braunfels and he has an excellent background. My medical technicians and my medical assistance are superb. They help not only run the front end of the office but they allow the efficiency of the office to occur. So I'm extremely proud of my personnel who work with me, but I'm also proud of the fact that they have stayed with me for a very long time. And have grown with me and grown with practice. Well we have extensive spa services; we do have an excellent esthetician. Once again this esthetician is really hand selected by me. She's one of the few esthetician that can do ablative laser treatment, because she's certified in the state of Texas. She extensively trained in the Sciton Laser which doesn't not only IPL's and BBL's but ablative, Erbium and Yag laser. She is also able to do skin tight with that, she also does micro-penning, injectable with not only JUVÉDERM® and RADIESSE® but BOTOX® and other fillers. And she has extensive experience in all kind of chemical peels. So we can go from the very minimalist treatment to the very more ablative treatment for our patients and get the results that they need. And really inform them about the newer treatments that are available today. The new surgery center is an AAA certificated surgery center. With the state of art OR lights, OR equipment, centralized oxygen, centralized suction. The floor is seamless is actually made out of crushed silver. So it's bactericidal, so it doesn't allow bacteria to creep into any of the crevasses or enter the floor. The post-op recovery room has the same exact floor. It is the three bed post-op recovery area. The patient is able to get privacy here and they're also able to get state of the art surgery here. And they are able to come to a place where they're familiar. And that really eases the patients mind. They know where to go, they know where to come for their post-op appointments. And they're able to have excellent nursing as well as excellent anesthesia.
